An injury which could thus put a premature end to his 2021-22 season and therefore make him miss the rest and end of these play-offs. In this press release formalizing this news, the Grizzlies wrote in particular: “ Morant had an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) which revealed a bruised bone in his right knee. Morant is doubtful for the rest of the playoffs, but should be fully recovered. Currently, Memphis is in the Western Conference semifinals.
