A wave of teasing for a new project by Hideo Kojima would be linked to the sequel to Death Stranding according to the blunder of a member of the team.
An enigmatic poster linked to a future Kojima Productions title had raised many questions during the Tokyo Game Show. Featuring a silhouette lined with the slogan “Who am I?”, it will not take long to get the answer since Geoff Keighley himself has just revealed via his Twitter account it’s actress Elle Fanning. The young woman will therefore be at the heart of the next game by the Japanese genius of the industry, and it could well be the sequel to Death Stranding.

The information comes directly from the producer of Kojima Productions, Tarasova Kateryna. On the occasion of PAX Australia and following the discovery of the first poster, a second teaser appeared. The young woman began to quote Hideo Kojima’s tweet, all embellished with a hashtag that did not go unnoticed. the #DeathStranding confirms that these announcements are linked to a sequel to the already cult title. At the time of writing these lines, the tweet has just been deleted, further confirming the dumpling of the producer.
The future projects of the studio
Twitter users have not failed to analyze this new poster in stride and seem to have found the face that hides behind the silhouette. It would be Lauren Tsai, an actress who played in the Legion series or the Japanese reality TV show Terrace House. Similar to Elle Fanning’s poster, the response shouldn’t take too long to reach us. The announcements are all made during gaming events, the next poster could make a turn at Paris Games Week next month… Will Hideo Kojima once again do the honor of appearing there as in 2019?
But then if death stranding 2 is in full production and has already found its cast, where are the other projects of Kojima Productions? Many leaks seemed to point to a certain Overdose, a yet unofficial horror game. It could well be the famous cloud game project that Hideo Kojima announced at the Xbox conference on June 12. The teams therefore have big projects on their hands, enough to satisfy players in need of creations from the Japanese creator.
