(New York) The New York Stock Exchange ended in scattered order, not far from equilibrium, on Wednesday, the NASDAQ limiting its losses at the end of the day after a turbulent session where investors ended up seizing opportunities cheaply.
The Dow Jones index gleaned 0.03%, the NASDAQ, with strong technological coloring, which had plunged more than 2% in session in the wake of disappointing projections by Microsoft, only dropped 0.18%. The broader S&P 500 index fell 0.02%, according to preliminary results at the close.
